I like to add a fresh feed back for the crew at Flash Byte Digital. They where great to deal with from talking to staff on the phone to instillation. There internet service is "very fast" and reliable. Keep up the great work guys and thanks.

I would like to take a moment and say how pleased we have been with the quality, speed and reliability of our service for the past few months. There were a few outages but they were short and we attributed the last ones to the guys we saw working on our antenna on the hill :o) Thanks for the hard work - it shows!!

I want you all to know how much I enjoy your high-speed service. I must say that after everything was fine-tuned during the first month or so, I have had near trouble free service this past year. Your service is without a doubt far more reliable than my old Adelphia Cable (now Time-Warner) internet from when I lived in Yucca Valley, and so much faster than the dial-up I was using for over a year after moving to Pioneertown. Amazing is how to describe the connection since yesterday morning. Whatever you have done has made all the difference for us. Went online & even worked on the "Game" several times & only had minimal lag a couple times throughout the whole day. This morning seams to be the same.
