As you may be aware FlashByte Digital LLC has filed a lawsuit against Mojave Wifi.  This suit is asking the court to grant an injunction against Mojave Wifi providing Internet service immediately.  We realize this unfortunate situation is likely to leave many people without Internet service who were not aware of the illegal nature of the entire scheme Mojave Wifi was involved in against FlashByte.  We are interested in keeping the damage caused by the illegal actions of Mojave Wifi to a minimum so we are offering any customers who signed up for Mojave Wifi before the end of 2010 a $200 credit when they become FlashByte customers.  This credit is being offered to offset the initial setup and deposit required to begin FlashByte service.
