We have heard some stories about people claiming to have judgments against us for various things. The truth is that any of these alleged judgments against us are actually just cases that have been mishandled or served incorrectly or for one reason or another are baseless and worthless.
The easiest way to put an end to the confusion about these cases is to ask how much money has been received by anyone who has won one of these supposed judgements against us. The answer if told truthfully will always be that nothing has been paid, because these are worthless judgements for various reasons usually based on ridiculous and unfounded claims by silly and misinformed individuals attempting to extort money or service from us that they are not entitled to. Our terms are displayed clearly, and any questions about what is to be expected is spelled out if the questions are asked. People who make up their own unreasonable expectations or attempt to take advantage of situations are free to attempt to intimidate us, but this will not work.
The bottom line is this, we respond reasonably to reasonable claims and we will deal with unreasonable claims however we can, and we must do this in order to stay in business and provide a valuable service to our community. If we were to bend to these unreasonable demands we would not be able to stay in business and provide the service that hundreds of happy and reasonable customers rely on every day.
If you become a customer of ours we will go out of our way to make sure you are satisfied, if you are unreasonable and abusive you will probably not end up being satisfied. Since we have a choice of pleasing the reasonable and respectful people, or spending all our time and energy dealing with unreasonable obnoxious people, we decide to reward the reasonable ones.
